Prosecutors in the US have charged a man from Kansas City on Monday after he allegedly pulled a gun on a McDonald’s worker in the drive-thru.
Derrick Walker, 27, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon.
According to the probable cause statement, Walker drove through the drive-thru at a McDonald’s in North Kansas City Sunday morning.
Unhappy with the quality of the food, Walker became increasingly aggressive and demanded a refund, court documents say. As the worker was handing Walker back his money, court documents say he aimed a gun at the fast food worker.
Police were called to the scene, and they later found Walker and his girlfriend in a drive-thru at Burger King across the street.
