Remember that giant sinkhole which pretty much ate up much of the main road? Well, Japan has fixed it in just two days!

It took workers 48-hours of working round the clock to fill 6,200 cubic meters of sand and cement as the road was reopened on Tuesday.

The mayor of Fukuoka, Soichiro Takashima told reporters “I apologize for having caused trouble to many people,” while promising that the new road is now 30-times stronger.
