Twin blasts hit a town in Adamawa state on Friday as scores are feared dead.
According to Premium Times, witnesses said the attack occurred in the morning at a busy market in Madagali, some 276km from Yola.
The town is close to neighbouring Borno State, and is said to be one of several others held by Boko Haram at the climax of their operations.
The latest blast is the third in Madagali, following attacks by two female suicide bombers on December 28, 2015, at a busy motor park.
Thirty people were killed in that blast and 16 were injured.
