According to experts, eating certain foods during different phases of your cycle can enhance your fertility. So if you are trying to grow the family…

Make sure these foods are in your diet.

1. Eat a diet rich in iron

Beans, eggs, lentils and spinach can lower the risk of ovulatory infertility. Adding vitamin C to the mix will enhance iron absorption.

2. Cut the steak

Eating less animal protein may also lower your risk of ovulatory infertility. Instead munch on some kale, mushrooms, collard greens & artichokes.

3. Enjoy healthy fats

Cut saturated or trans fats and add monounsaturated fats like avocados, olive oil & nuts.

4. Do high-fat dairy

Studies show that women who opted for low-fat or non-fat dairy had a 85% higher risk for infertility. Instead eat high-fat sources of dairy like almond milk & cheese, which pack in the calcium & lower your infertility risk.
