Two persons were today burnt to death by irate youths around the new ritualist den that was uncovered at Ile-Zik in the Ikeja area of Lagos state yesterday evening. While some suspected members of the ritualist gang were arrested by RRS officers yesterday, two suspected members of the gang were this morning mobbed and then set ablaze by the mob. Even police presence did not deter the mob from setting the suspects on fire as they hurled stones and sticks and the police officers who tried to stop them from carrying out the act of jungle justice

This new kidnappers den was discovered two days after the one was discovered at the Obadeyi bus-stop on Lagos-Abeokuta expressway.
