In the past, Mugabe has been photographed sleeping at public events on several occasions and he’s not stepping down from power anytime soon.
Mugabe once read the wrong speech during a public gathering as well as missing his steps on two other occasions. A wheelchair has been acquired for him by the state in case his legs fail him.
