Nigeria’s BJ Sam’s song for Hollywood movie’s soundtrack

The struggle all started from his home country, Nigeria, where the passion to use his voice and make a change became his tool to reach out to souls with his inspirational songs. Presently making waves internationally, Sammy Wonder, as he is fondly called by his fans, has a new single, ‘Mon Amour’ which has been selected by popular American film director Lloyd Kaufman, co-founder of Troma Entertainment, as soundtrack for abnew Hollywood movie titled “Heart of Fatness” The song which is also topping musical charts abroad has been nominated for the best music video at Portland, Oregon, USA.

An enticing beautiful melodic fusion of different styles, the video shoot in the southern region of the republic of Mali and Burkina Faso in Africa is a beautiful love story that takes you on a captivating journey through African wedding culture.

The song directed by Giving Group, an international film company, features African movie actors and actresses.

The artiste, who is delighted by the feedback of the song said, “I am happy about the feedback of the song. It is gaining so much attention worldwide.”

Another feat to the new single, according to Sammy Wonder, is that top Hollywood music supervisor Suzanne Hilleary, President of Wacbiz, a New York-based music licensing company which has had placements from NBC to Fox, Lakeshore Films to Sony Pictures, Paramount, among other musical outfit signed a non-exclusive contract with him to represent and licence BJ- Sam’s songs for Hollywood Films, TV Episodes, Games and Web/Ad campaigns.

“Mon Amour” video has been featured in DJ Central Season 5 Episode 1, DJ Central, an Australian music TV show that features the hottest DJ’s playing the hottest hits and new music suggested by DJ’s from all over the world.

The music video grabbed the attention of France based television “TV5Monde” the 3rd most available television network in the world to interview BJ Sam on their musical programme ”Stars parade”.

Sammy Wonder, who is presently an international Indie recording artist sings in French and English, he became a force to reckon with globally in 2014 after releasing his hit single ‘The Star Will Always Shine’ which grabbed the attention of many Hollywood Music Supervisors who added the song to their catalogues
