Imo state Governor, Rochas Okorocha has announced that Liberian Head of state, President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf will be visiting Imo state tommorrow.

Gov Okorocha wrote on his Twitter page;

“The Liberian President, Mrs Ellen Johnson Sirleaf set to arrive our dear Imo State for a two day working visit on Thursday 9th Nov. 2017”

A Nigerian lady, @116Olivia who shared a photo of Sirleaf’s statue taken while it was still under construction, and it was reported that the statue will be unveiled on Thursday.

According to the Twitter user, who had a little encounter with the NSCDC officials guarding the Imo Hall of fame, there are eight statues in all, two are still under construction.

Olivia wrote;

“Imo govt just announced an imminent visit of Ellen Johnson Sirleaf to Imo. This tweet is to let you know her statue will be unveiled”

“My phone was ceased and the photos deleted by NSCDC day I took this photo. Apparently they hid somewhere& ifound them”

“I just zoomed in. NSCDC said the Gov monitors this place personally. It’s called the Imo Hall of fame.”

“I was told the reason they had to delete the photos from my phone was cos of uproar when #Zuma’s own was unveiled”

“There are 8 statues in all. 2 still under construction so you can’t tell who they are yet. I’ll try to find the other photos”
