As Christmas is fast approaching and Nigerians prepare to make merry in the spirit of the season, Nigerian singer Runtown has given not just a timely advice, but a wise one to anyone who cares to pay heed.

The “For Life” crooner took to his Twitter page to advise Nigerians not to allow themselves get carried away in the moment that they forget to stay woke to the many dangers lurking around the corner.

He wrote:

“My people please be very careful this December, watch who you hang with, where you go and what you eat. STAY LIT BUT STAY WOKE !!!!”
