5 things you should know about Ahmed, Starboy’s latest artist

Ahmed, Starboy: Wizkid was simply performing at his concert on December 24, 2017, when he noticed a boy in the crowd, singing along with so much energy. His name was Ahmed. “Why you never sleep, come on stage,” Wizkid reached out to him. Young Ahmed, seizing the window of opportunity, dropped some of the best bars of the night. Everyone was turnt. Wizkid, surprised by the events, made some promises to sign him. Pictures of Wizkid and Ahmed has flooded social media, with Starboy recently hanging out with Ahmed.

Here are 5 things you should know about the young rapper.

Ahmed is reportedly 12 years old. He is a young kid pushing to become a child star in music. Nigeria has had a few of those, and if all goes right for Ahmed, he will be the next. He is from Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. Interestingly, by sheer coincidence, Wizkid and Ahmed share the same state of origin, and home town. Talk about fate!

He got into the Wizkid concert after an attendee saw him asking around for tickets, and bought a ‘regular’ seating ticket for him for N5,000.
