Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai has vowed that the state will employ teachers that are effective and efficient to replace the over 20,000 teachers that were sacked after failing to pass an aptitude test meant for Primary four pupils.
Our model for education is Finland 🇫🇮 ; a country with the world’s best school system. In Kaduna, we intend to pay teachers higher than normal civil service salaries because we believe in education. We are going to get the best and brightest people to the teaching profession. pic.twitter.com/j3fFPD30OF
