Kerry Washington is showing us how much of an Igbo wife she is and we’re absolutely here for it.
The actress who is married to former NFL player, Nnamdi Asomugha took to Twitter to wish actress Uzo Aduba a happy birthday in very fluent Igbo and there’s no doubt that Nnamdi is doing a good job teaching her the Nigerian Language.
“Ncheta ubochi omumu gi. Ekele diri Chineke,” she tweeted at Uzo who is of Nigerian descent.

Uzo also replied in Igbo writing, “Heh! Nwannem nwanyi, i na asu Igbo??!? Maka o di mma! Nwanne, daalu maka ubochi omumu m.” – (Not the most perfect Igbo but here’s what she was trying to say, “Ha! My sister, you speak Igbo?! That’s very good. Thanks for the birthday wish.)
