Today’s Question: Should Buhari Pay Ransom To Boko Haram To Release Victims


A credible source at the National Intelligence Agency has said that plans are underway by President Muhammadu Buhari’s led Federal Government to pay €3.1Million through the Red Cross as ransom for the release of the remaining Chibok girls that were kidnapped in April 2014 by dreaded Boko Haram terrorists, the Leadership newspaper reports.
