Mo Salah Reveals The Brilliant Thing Liverpool Players Always Do For Him In Dressing Room

Africa’s best football player and Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah, who has enjoyed an incredible debut season at Liverpool who has already netted 41 times in all competitions this season, has revealed his his club fans and teammates love him.

The 25-year-old former Chelsea flop who is now a popular man on Merseyside has seen the fans belt out a number of chants for him all season.

A new report revealed that Liverpool fans have been singing the ‘Salah running down the wing’ chant a lot recently, and the Egyptian winger absolutely loves it.

Speaking to CNN, he said; “Every game they [the fans] sing it. So nice. Even last game they sung it. The players also sing it in the dressing room. It’s a very nice song.”

Despite speculation linking him with a move away, Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson believes Salah will make history at Liverpool for years to come. “He’s a fantastic player and up there with the world’s best,” Henderson said.

“There will be other clubs that want to maybe take him away. But I feel as though he’s in a great place, with a great set of lads, great team and a great manager going in the right direction.

“We want to create our history, win things here. I think that will be very special and I’m sure Mo will want to be part of that. He’s a very big part of it now and I’m sure he will be for many years to come.”

Salah was signed from Roma for £36.9m last summer and has taken the Premier League by storm, and needs just one more league goal to break the record for most goals in a 38-game season.

The superstar playmaker who beat Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne to the PFA Player of the Year award on Sunday night, said; “It’s an honour to win this award especially because it was voted for by the other players.

“I would like to thank my team-mates and everyone at the club for helping me to make this happen,” said Salah at the award ceremony.
