Andreas Pereira On The Verge Of Breaking Brazil’s 100 Years Old Record

Manchester United midfielder, Andreas Pereira, could make history if he plays for in Brazil in their upcoming friendly against  El Salvador and USA next month. He would become the first man born outside of Brazil to represent the national team in 100 years.

Andreas Pereira who has spent majority of his Manchester United career on loan with several  Spanish clubs like,Granada and Valencia has already been called up for the upcoming encounter.

The 23 years old midfielder, who was part of Manchester United’s Academy and has played in the Red devil’s Premier League games this season, was born in Belgium but his father is a Brazilian ex-player and has declared his intention to play for the Selecao.

He has already represented  Brazil at the U-20 World Cup in the past and is gunning for a place in the Selecao squad next month.
