manchester united midfielder ,Fred, Rallies Teams mates, wants win against tottenham

The former Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder  was Manchester united most expensive signing during the transfer window- He joined  united in a fee believed to be in the region of £52m on a five year deal. Fred came out yesterday to rally his team mates saying they must give all their best against Tottenham, when the two sides meet at Old trafford in their next league match.

Manchester united’s start to the season have been full of up and downs with a win against Leicester and also loosing to Brighton in their second match.

The midfielder who is looking at winning trophies under Mourinho came out yesterday to rally his team mates by saying:

“I’m really happy to be working with Jose Mourinho he’s a great person and he’s always keen to communicate with the squad and help people to be communicative regarding what they’re to do on the pitch,” he said.

“I’m really happy to be working with him and I hope that I’ll be working for him for a while to come.”

Spurs travel to Old Trafford on Monday night, live on Sky Sports Premier League, and a victory is key for Fred, who joined the club in the summer, as United look to prove they can compete for top spot in the league.

“It’s a very important game,” Fred told Sky Sports News in an exclusive interview.

“This week we’ve been working, focusing on this game, we want to go out and get the win in front of our home fans.

“We know Tottenham are a great team but we need to get the win if we are to aspire to win the league.”
