Steven Gerard Takes Rangers To First Europa League In 10 Years

Former Liverpool midfielder, Steven Gerard, who is yet to loose a match since taking over the helms at Rangers  is already making strides with his first managerial duty. The English man has successfully qualified Rangers football club for this year’s edition of the Europa League tournament.

He did so in style by maintaining his unbeaten run as a Rangers Manager even after they were reduced to 9 men. He has now played 12 matches and has made it 6 wins and 6 draws without a lost.

The Scottish club’s last appearance at the tournament was in 2008 when they appeared at the final and went on to loose to Zenith Saint Peters-burg by 2 goals to nil.
