The All Progressives Congress. APC had a very embarrassing outing today in Ogun state, following the outcome of its presidential campaign rally in the state.

President Muhammadu  Buhari was in the Southwestern state to canvass for votes for his reelection bid, but but things obviously didn’t go as planned as angry youths stoned the national chairman of the party.

The campaign rally was going peacefully until Oshiohmole, made the mistake of calling Dapo Abiodun, the party’s gubernatorial candidate in the state – This stirred party supporters to anger, as they started to boo and throw object at him.

Although, Governor Ibikunle Amosun tried to sue for peace by begging for calm, the already angry crowd refused to be soothed. Even President Buhari wasn’t spared as DSS personnel quickly rushed to cover the president from being stoned.

A Twitter user with the handle, @iamsammyfox, even shared a video of the embarrassing scene.
