The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate winner in the Agaie constituency election.

INEC had initially scheduled a re-run for the house of assembly election in the constituency. However after consultation and review of the situation, INEC issued a press statement declaring the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate, Yahaya Abdullahi, as winner of the election.
