Nigerian music icon, Innocent Ujah Idibia known popularly as Tubaba will on Wednesday be honoured as “the fellow of the school of music,” by the Oba Femi Awolowo University, OAU, Ile-Ife in Osun state.
The “African Queen” singer shared the heartwarming news via social media this afternoon.
According to Tubaba, he will also be delivering a public lecture on the day of the conferment. Industry meets academia, he wrote as he intimated his fans on his latest feat.
He wrote:
The great people of OAU will on Wednesday, confer on me the award of the fellow of the school of music.
