Federal lawmaker, Shehu Sani has said that the country was tackling its security challenges with archaic and rudimentary strategies.
According to the lawmaker representing Kaduna Central at the senate, Nigeria was using ’20th century solutions” to solve 21st century crimes.
The senator advised the government to make use of “drones, interceptors and Satellites navigational equipments” — as the time now.
He wrote: The nation is still using archaic and rudimentary security strategy to confront Banditry;We can’t use 20th century solutions to a 21st century crime.
The use of Drones,interceptors and Satellites navigational equipments is indispensable and the time is now.
