President Muhammadu Buhari has said that the elites and himself might be failing Nigerians in terms of Education. He made this remark yesterday, 14th May, when visited by vice president Yemi Osinbajo, ministers, service chiefs, heads of security agencies and chief executives of federal government agencies.
