N53m Mistakenly Paid To Him

Comrade Benson Efeotor, a civil servant working with the Delta State Ministry of Finance, has been gifted a brand new car after returning an excess of N53 million erroneously paid to him as a salary.

He was given the car by the Delta State Government as a reward for his honesty.

The senior civil servant who also doubles as the state chairman of Nigeria Labour Congress(NLC), Delta branch, made the disclosure during the workers day celebration on May 1st in the state capital, Asaba.
