President Muhammadu Buhari was at Masjid Al-Nabawi (the Prophet Mosque) this evening after Iftaar (breaking of Ramadan fast), Maghrib, Isha’i, and Taraweeh prayers.
Mr President is now in Madinah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah (Lesser Hajj), according to Bashir Ahmad, the president’s aide on New Media.
Buhari who is expected back in the country on Tuesday, 21st May, had on Wednesday accepted the invitation of King Salman Bin Abdulaziz, the ruler of Saudi Arabia and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to perform the Umrah in the Kingdom.
The President embarked on the journey on May 16th, was accompanied by close personal aides.
