#BREAKING IYABO OJO MAY BE SENTENCED TO LIFE FOR PERJURY⚡ MY GOD IS NOT ASLEEP🙏 Several high profile Nigerians are asking me NOT to reopen my #Portharcourt case. Many say I should as @iyaboojofespris owes me civil damages. This could be the landmark in PERJURY which carries up to 30 years in America. You have seen Michael Cohen and some of Trump’s appointees go to prison for lying UNDER OATH. __ My lawyers said Iyabo lied under oath, said she did not know Vivian Metchie, even the prosecutors said nobody with that name existed. @vivianmetchieofficial called me to tell me her side of the story. We solved the case. Police Chief Ibrahim Idris is retired. He bears some responsibility. I pretty much solved my case. Section 118 of the NIGERIAN Criminal Code reads: Any person who commits perjury is liable to imprisonment for fourteen years. If the offender commits the offence in order to procure the conviction of another person for an offence punishable with death or with imprisonment for life, he is liable to imprisonment for life WHICH IS WHAT IYABO DID HERE. Days ago she said she’ll send me back to Prison for calling her daughter @its.priscy a PROSTITUTE when in fact the letter writer did that and I contacted her like a Journalist should but she ignored me. I have provided all receipts and everyone can SWIPE 👉 The letter writer was her. PA has denied it. Everyone may meet me in court and just like Haman was overheard by Mordecai about killing Jews, he ended with the death penalty. SHOULD THIS CASE BE REOPENED AND SEND IYABO TO PRISON OR MEDIATE A SETTLEMENT FOR HUGE DAMAGES? #TalkNigeria #KemiOlunloyo #kemitalkscrime
