The Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa has reacted to the rape allegation levied against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion(COZA) by Busola Dakolo, wife of singer, Timi Dakolo.

The chairman of the commission hailed Mrs Dakolo as a woman of strength and courage, adding that every woman must rise up and demand justice.

According to her, she sponsored the violence against persons bill which prescribes life imprisonment for rape, and that the wife of the musician has her back.

Busola had accused the cleric of defiling and deflowering her at the age of 17, right in her home when her mother was away on a trip. The celebrity photographer revealed also how the pastor had told to rejoice that a man of God was the one who took her virginity.

Reacting, Dabiri-Erewa said via a tweet in Friday: @timidakolo, what can I say about your wife! A woman of strength, courage. We all, as women, must rise up and demand justice. I sponsored the violence against person bill which prescribes life imprisonment for rape!! Busola, you’ve got my back!
