Timi Dakolo’s Wife, Busola Dakolo has officially filed a complaint against the founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, accusing him of rape.
The celebrity photographer had publicly accused Pastor Biodun raping her several years back, an allegation that has prompted Fatoyinbo to take a leave of absence from the pulpit of the church.
The accused has formally submitted a complaint filed to the police and investigation as commenced.

As of press time, full details of the complaint is still sketchy.
The embattled pastor has, however, denied the accusation, as he dropped a statement saying he has never molested or raped anyone before.
