A social media user, Topefnr has released a video in which she stated that she should not be blamed for splashing water on anyone while driving.
According to Topefnr, people walking should also be careful and ensure they do not stand by a pothole as any driver could easily splash water on them when driving past.
Tope went on to state that so many people have cursed her for doing this, and it should not be so, as it is not her fault.
