President Muhammadu Buhari has finally sent his list of ministerial nominee list to the senate, according to The Cable.

In the new list, the president appointed one person from the 36 states and one per geo-political zone, making the total number of nominees, 42.

The Senate was said to have received the list on Monday evening via executive communication, and is expected to be read on the floor of the Senate on Tuesday.

They are expected to screen the nominees before proceeding on a two-month recess on Thursday.

The reports also state that about 12 ministers will be re-appointed from the former cabinet.
