Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan has urged president Muhammadu Buhari to releasr the leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigetia(Shi’ites) for peace to reign.

According to the former presidential aide, the more the Shi’ite members are killed they more motivated they become because the are not afraid of death.

Omokri was reacting to a Monday protest by Shi’ites in Abuja, which turned bloody leading to the death of at least 6 persons including a police officer.

He tweeted: I strongly urge General @MBuhari to release el Zakzaky. The more he holds him, the more Shiites will confront Buhari. Killing them only motivates them. They are not afraid of death. Boko Haram will be child’s play compared to what Shiites can become.
