Nigerian lawyer and former member of the House of Representative, Ned Nwoko has lost out in a case at the Supreme court on Tuesday.

The Supreme court had dropped the two lawsuits filed by billionaire businessman and husband of actress Regina Daniels against Senator Peter Nwaoboshi, who was elected as the PDP candidate representing Delta North district in the October 2nd 2018 primary of the party which held in Delta State.
Justice Inyang Okoro, who led the five-man panel of justices, dismissed the suit for lack of jurisdiction.
Earlier in April, a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja had declared Ned Nwoko as the true candidate of the party for the February 23, National Assembly election.

Unfortunately, the billionaire businessman has now lost the case and would be going back to meet his wife to comfort him.
