Oby Ezekwesili, a former minister for education, has expressed her disagreement with President Muhammadu Buhari for saying no fewer than 5 million Nigerians have been taken out of poverty in the last 3 years.
Speaking via her Twitter handle, Oby asked the Nigeria Bureau of Statistics to verify data before presenting them to the President.
She went on to explained that the latest poverty data by World Poverty Clock shows that 93 Million Nigerians are in extreme poverty.
