President Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari has departed Abuja for Japan to participate in the 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7), despite threats by the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB).

TiCAD7 will be holding in the City of Yokohama from the 28th to 30th, August, 2019.

The IPOB leader had in statement instructed his members to disgrace and arrest Buhari when he visits Japan so that he would pay for the alleged crimes of mass murder he committed in 2015.

Buhari, however, left Abuja Sunday evening and was accompanied by the governors of Kwara, Borno and Lagos states.
