Femi Fani Kayode, a former minister for aviation and a strong critic of President Muhammadu Buhari, has slammed Garba Shehu, presidential spokesman, for saying Buhari remains the best hope for Nigeria’s economy.

Fani Kayode, who spoke via his Twitter handle, said ‘saying Buhari is the best is like saying the satan is the best hope for salvation.’
What he wrote:
“Buhari remains the best hope for the Nigerian economy”- Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant (Media and Publicity) to President Muhammadu Buhari.
That is like saying that satan is the best hope for our salvation.
