Outrage As Evil Woman Mercilessly Flogs Child, Locks Him In A Dog Cage

A video has emerged showing a Nigerian woman flogging a boy whom she later locked in a cage with fierce dogs.

The video which has since generated outrage on Twitter, have people calling for the woman to be named and punished by the authorities.

The woman can be seen flogging the boy with a belt saying;

“You think I’m joking with you, ehn? You think you have power,” she asked as she flogged the boy.

“Enter inside. Let me here pim.”
