Bala Mohammed, governor of Bauchi state, says following the removal of Emeka Ihedioha as governor of Imo state by the Supreme court, he became afraid that the same might be his fate. Former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Kano state, Rabi’u Sulaiman Bichi has dumped the party and may be heading to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Bichi, who was a member of the Kwankwasiyya Movement was sacked as the chairman of the party last week.
Bichi, a former Secretary to the State Government during Kwankwaso’s tenure, according to a source said he is likely to announce his defection from the major opposition party in the state and Kwankwasiyya today.
