Former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has expressed shock over the statement by Ibrahim Magu, the chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) that deadly Coronavirus is caused by corruption.

The anti-graft agency boss made this statement at the passing out parade of cadets from the agency on Tuesday 18th of February 2020.

The statement has led to the bashing of Magu on social media.

Reacting to the statement, the former minister who expressed his shock at the statement said that he was at a loss for words.

  1. This Kayode of a thing please apologize to Nigerians on the part you played while in government. Is like you want to be a champion on social media or a crusader of the less privileged when you know fully well that you owe the public an explanation or an outright apologies on your roles as a public servant. Just finish your court cases before you pen your deceitful thinking.
