The new policy continues to generate mixed reactions from residents of Lagos and in some areas, it has led to violent demonstration.
Reacting to this situation, the former minister expressed that the state has been infiltrated by foreigners from Niger and Chad who carry out violent attacks.
Hence, he commended the Governor of Lagos State for banning okada riders.
See his tweet below:
Lagos had been encircled, infiltrated and occupied by violent mercenaries from Niger and Chad all claiming to be Okada riders. If they rose up against the indigenous population in the name of jihad or ethnic cleansing it would have been hell. Sanwo-Olu did well by banning them.
