In a viral video shared on the Internet, residents were seen scooping fuel from a fallen tanker in Lagos.

The incident, it was gathered happened around Bonny Camp, in Victoria Island.

The people were seen, both old and young children, in gallons and containers as they scooped fuel.

While there was no tanker spotted in the video, it is believed that the tanker has been moved as the men scooped fuel from the gutters and the roadside.
