The trial of Abdulrasheed Maina, the former Pension Reform Task Team Chairman, has resumed at the Federal High Court in Abuja before Justice Okon Abang.
Recall that Justice Abang ordered that Maina be remanded at the Kuje Correctional Centre pending ruling on his trial.

That was Maina’s first appearance in court following his extradition from the Niger Republic after jumping bail.
Justice Abang adjourned the case last week following the formal withdrawal of Maina’s former counsel and the new counsel asked for a short adjournment to enable him to study the facts of the case.
