Nigerian rapper, Olanrewaju Ogunmefun David, popularly known as Vector, has stated that African foods are natural vaccines. Hence, the redundancy of COVID-19 vaccines in Africa.
The rapper, in a video making the rounds on social media, boldly asserts that the vaccines against viruses, diseases, and infections are already present in the food eaten by Africans.

In his words:
“I’m seeing something about vaccines in Africa. Why the fvck do we need vaccines? Our food naturally na vaccine. If you look at a plant, you will see chloroquine. Don’t quote me. I’m not a herbalist specialist. But we have these natural herbs in our so-called underdeveloped Africa.”
