Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola has revealed that the Third Mainland bridge will be reopened to traffic by February 15.
The Minister revealed this update on Thursday during the inspection of construction work on major roads and bridges in Lagos State.
Fashola stated that the closure of the third mainland bridge is delaying the scheduled maintenance on Falomo bridge.

“Once the third mainland bridge is reopened, we will move to Falomo bridge replace the expansion joints,” he said.
Recall that Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation, Frederic Oladeinde, earlier stated that the Third Mainland Bridge would be opened fully to vehicular traffic in February.
