Zamfara StateHouse of Assembly has rejected the Federal Government’s order of “No-Fly-Zone” and ban on mining activities in the State.
At its plenary on Wednesday, the state Assembly passed a vote of “no confidence” on Major General Babagana Munguno, National Security Adviser.
The lawmakers blamed the National Security Adviser for his poor handling of security issues in the state.

The resolution to reject the order was made after a motion was raised by the House leader, Hon. Faruk Dosara blamed the security agencies for failing to provide a swift response to distress calls.
Dosara said the order was unnecessary, noting that abduction of school children did not start from Zamfara State
