You’re in a very tricky situation. It’s understandable that your ex wants you to stay away from her sister. She probably believes that you will only hurt her sister and that you don’t mean well. However, people change and it’s possible that you truly love your fiancée.
My advice is that you should find a way to convince your ex that you truly love her sister. Also, you should tell your fiancée the truth. You shouldn’t try to hide something like this from her because she will find out eventually and you will lose her. Just be honest with her and if she truly loves you, she’ll stand by you.
