My girlfriend trusts me so much. But I find it extremely hard to trust her. Please, what can I do to trust her?

Dear AA,
I believe a relationship without trust is not a strong or serious one. It is a good thing that your lady trust you completely…that is the way it is supposed to be. I think you should stop judging your lady based on what you have experienced with other ladies in previous relationships. All ladies are not the same, learn to trust and appreciate her. Stop being suspicious of her and don’t think things that are not about her. Appreciate and love her completely, just the way she is.
