Basketball for Peace (BB4P) has started a series of “Secondary School Leadership Workshops” supported by the US Embassy in Nigeria to help highlight the need for “Peace” while preparing our youth of today with basketball and basic life leadership skills for a brighter tomorrow.
The next workshop is scheduled to take place in Kano in January next year, while others will take place in Plateau, Nassarawa and Benue States before March next year.
“All the workshops are to be conducted on our locally established Peace Zones Basketball Courts so that interested students will have a peace zones where they can practice daily to improve their skills,” read a BB4P statement.
