Despite the recession in the country, top comedian BasketMouth just gifted his wife a semi-detached duplex.
The comedian’s wife, Elsie Okpocha could not hide her joy when she took to photo sharing app, Instagram to share the heartwarming news, and then quickly deleted it.
“You’ll know God is awesome when you get a gift like this during this recession,” Mrs. Okpocha captioned the photo of the house which shows it comes complete with a family-sized pool.
“Thank you baby. #MyTestimony #GogisGood,” she added.
If you recall his feature in Al Jazeera’s My Nigeria series which followed his life behind the camera, Bright Okpocha talked non-stop about his wife and also his dreams of owning a house in Banana Island, Lagos.
Now, with this ‘leaked’ update by his wife, we are left wondering if the new home is located in Banana Island or somewhere close.
