The young man shared a long thread, explaining how he and his Nigerian gay partner almost gave in to pressure and made plans to get married to women just to please everyone but themselves.

Recounting how they hid their relationship from their parents and loved ones, Dan Yomi said they celebrated their first Val in 2018 but couldn’t share their love due to the stigma that comes along with being attracted to the same sex.
