Job Description:
Process opening, reactivation and closure of accounts
File customer’s records
Process ATM cards for customers
Re0plance lost/experienced customer instrument such as ATM Cards, cheque books etc
Perform other duties as assigned by Transactions Service Team Lead
Skills Required
Good customer’s service care
Good problem solving skills
Good documentation and record keeping
Good reading and listening skills
Educational Qualification
HND Graduate only (Minimum Lower Credit)
Age: Not more than 30 years
Experience in the banking industry will be an added advantage
Executives Drivers
Skills Required:
Good communication and organizational skills
Defensive driving techniques
Proficient in highway codes
Valid driver’s license
Educational Qualification
SSCE/WAEC/NECO
Age: Between 28-40 years
Not less than 2 years working experience

I will hurge other banks 2 pls emulate this gesture by putting smile on our faces, frankly speaking research has proof dat the hnd holders are performing brilliantly more dan d bsc’s holder even me neigher i av witnex dis in many occassions like d interview places in industries etc, this bsc holders most of dem are not gud@ll they only gud when it comes 2 english speaking aspect,but when it comes 2 paper work and calculus wallahi i give it2 HNDs.
