Entry into the tool tech family at Halliburton comes as a LevelI Tool Technician. As such, you perform assembly, disassembly, maintenance and repairs on down-hole tools, surface equipment and other production equipment. This job requires 24-hour on-call status and the ability to respond within one hour’s notice. In all that you do, promote safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and quality improvement. Day-to- day job activities involve challenging work and exposure to critical conditions or situations.

A high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license and are required for this position. Must also have the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; and Basic reading comprehension and writing skills. Basic computer skills are preferred.
